Seg\u00fan la Autoridad Nacional de Puertos de Transnet (TNPA), el n\u00famero de llegadas de barcos aument\u00f3 un 9% en comparaci\u00f3n con el a\u00f1o anterior, lo que indica una recuperaci\u00f3n continua y una creciente din\u00e1mica operativa. En total, se registraron 8.630 barcos, mientras que en el a\u00f1o anterior se contabilizaron 7.912 llegadas.<\/p>\n<h3>Crecimiento de los vol\u00famenes de carga<\/h3>\n<p>Este desarrollo es parte de la estrategia &#8222;Reinvent for Growth&#8220;, que tiene como objetivo aumentar la eficiencia operativa y mejorar el rendimiento portuario. La TNPA inform\u00f3 de un aumento del volumen de carga en sus ocho puertos comerciales mar\u00edtimos del 4,2% a aproximadamente 304 millones de toneladas. Esto representa el crecimiento m\u00e1s fuerte desde el a\u00f1o fiscal 2011\/12. Es especialmente notable que tres de las cinco principales categor\u00edas de carga registraron un fuerte crecimiento, mientras que los segmentos de carga fraccionada y carga l\u00edquida muestran signos de una recuperaci\u00f3n gradual.<\/p>\n<p>La industria automotriz lider\u00f3 la recuperaci\u00f3n con un crecimiento de dos d\u00edgitos del 13,3%, superando el puerto de Durban sus objetivos de rendimiento.
