Esta decisi\u00f3n forma parte de los esfuerzos continuos de la empresa para optimizar el flujo log\u00edstico, reducir las emisiones, mejorar la eficiencia de costos y fortalecer la competitividad.<\/p>\n<p>Anteriormente, SCA hab\u00eda ajustado el tr\u00e1fico RoRo en Suecia para permitir que los buques navegaran a una velocidad m\u00e1s baja, lo que result\u00f3 en una reducci\u00f3n de las emisiones del 40% por tonelada transportada y por kil\u00f3metro. En total, la empresa estima que se manejar\u00e1n entre 400,000 y 450,000 toneladas de mercanc\u00edas anualmente en Vlissingen.<\/p>\n<p>El socio log\u00edstico de SCA en Vlissingen ser\u00e1 Verbrugge, que cuenta con el mayor centro de pulpa de papel en Europa y tiene una amplia experiencia en el manejo de camiones en los terminales cercanos.
