Junto con los socios Jebsen PTC, Anglo-Eastern Ship Management y Marlow Navigation, la naviera busca atraer a m\u00e1s mujeres a profesiones a bordo y fomentar su desarrollo en el entorno mar\u00edtimo.<\/p>\n<p>Un componente central del programa es la promoci\u00f3n de j\u00f3venes talentos. En el futuro, al menos el 20% de todos los nuevos puestos de cadetes ser\u00e1n ocupados por mujeres. Esto tambi\u00e9n se aplica a programas de formaci\u00f3n internacionales, especialmente para j\u00f3venes talentos de Filipinas. Adem\u00e1s, Hapag-Lloyd planea convertir ciertos barcos en unidades \u00abShefarer\u00bb, donde varias mujeres trabajen simult\u00e1neamente en diferentes funciones y grados.
