En un per\u00edodo de 21 d\u00edas, las aerol\u00edneas de carga del grupo LATAM transportaron un total de 24,400 t de flores frescas desde Colombia y Ecuador hacia mercados clave en tres continentes. Esta temporada se caracteriz\u00f3 por una planificaci\u00f3n cuidadosa y operaciones operativas precisas.<\/p>\n<h3>Log\u00edstica y planificaci\u00f3n exitosas<\/h3>\n<p>El Grupo LATAM pudo consolidar su estatus como l\u00edder del mercado en el transporte a\u00e9reo de flores de la regi\u00f3n por cuarta vez consecutiva. Claudio Torres Faini, Director Comercial Internacional para Sudam\u00e9rica en LATAM Cargo, destac\u00f3 la importancia de la colaboraci\u00f3n entre los equipos comerciales y operativos. \u201cLa coordinaci\u00f3n previa permite que la seguridad no solo nos pertenezca, sino tambi\u00e9n al productor, que sabe que su producto llegar\u00e1 a tiempo y en \u00f3ptimas condiciones, as\u00ed como al importador, que puede asumir compromisos comerciales basados en capacidades reales\u201d, explic\u00f3 Torres Faini.<\/p>\n<p>La operaci\u00f3n log\u00edstica fue coordinada desde tres aeropuertos de salida: Bogot\u00e1, Quito y Medell\u00edn, realizando m\u00e1s de 430 vuelos especiales para la temporada. Para mantener este est\u00e1ndar, se duplic\u00f3 el n\u00famero de trabajadores en tierra en comparaci\u00f3n con una semana regular, para reforzar las \u00e1reas de operaci\u00f3n en pista, almacenamiento y supervisi\u00f3n en los tres centros de conexi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3>Crecimiento en nuevos mercados<\/h3>\n<p>La estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con cultivadores y exportadores fue crucial para el \u00e9xito de la temporada. Gracias a la disponibilidad anticipada de datos de volumen, se pudieron dimensionar los recursos necesarios a lo largo de toda la cadena de suministro, desde la recepci\u00f3n de mercanc\u00edas en el almac\u00e9n hasta la finalizaci\u00f3n de cada frecuencia de vuelo. En total, el volumen transportado corresponde a aproximadamente 560 millones de tallos. Esto significa que durante los 21 d\u00edas de la temporada se enviaron m\u00e1s de 300 tallos por segundo desde Sudam\u00e9rica hacia los mercados de destino en tres continentes.<\/p>\n<p>Estados Unidos represent\u00f3 la mayor parte del volumen transportado, lo que coincide con la estructura hist\u00f3rica de la demanda.
