Esta decisi\u00f3n, que fue aprobada con casi un 100% de apoyo de los accionistas, marca un paso decisivo en la reestructuraci\u00f3n de la empresa en el marco de la estrategia 2030, que tiene como objetivo un crecimiento sostenible, y costar\u00e1 seg\u00fan el CEO Tobias Meyer alrededor de 37 millones de EUR.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;En las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas, nuestra empresa ha evolucionado de la antigua Deutsche Bundespost a un l\u00edder log\u00edstico mundial. Es hora de ajustar la estructura corporativa hist\u00f3ricamente desarrollada&#8220;, dijo Meyer. En el futuro, el nombre Deutsche Post AG solo se utilizar\u00e1 para la nueva filial que ser\u00e1 responsable del negocio en Alemania, especialmente del transporte de cartas y paquetes.<\/p>\n<p>Con este paso, la Deutsche Post AG que cotiza en bolsa, que surgi\u00f3 como sucesora de la Bundespost, ver\u00e1 reducida su importancia.
