En esta acci\u00f3n independiente de sospechas, participaron m\u00e1s de 2.900 empleados de todas las aduanas principales en todo el pa\u00eds. El objetivo era identificar y combatir el trabajo no declarado y las relaciones laborales ilegales.<\/p>\n<p>En el marco de la revisi\u00f3n, los funcionarios de aduanas entrevistaron a m\u00e1s de 7.000 personas sobre sus condiciones laborales. Adem\u00e1s, se realizaron m\u00e1s de 500 auditor\u00edas de documentos comerciales, centr\u00e1ndose en todas las actividades del sector, incluyendo la recolecci\u00f3n, el transporte, la manipulaci\u00f3n y la entrega de env\u00edos. En el lugar, los empleados de la FKS iniciaron m\u00e1s de 50 procedimientos penales y alrededor de 330 procedimientos por infracciones administrativas. En 32 casos se identificaron empleados sin permiso de residencia, lo que llev\u00f3 al inicio de procedimientos correspondientes contra los empleadores.<\/p>\n<h3>Resultados de las revisiones<\/h3>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se detectaron 140 infracciones relacionadas con la obligaci\u00f3n de portar documentos de identidad y 90 infracciones relacionadas con la obligaci\u00f3n de notificaci\u00f3n inmediata. En m\u00e1s de 1.700 casos, surgieron indicios de las entrevistas que dieron lugar a revisiones adicionales. Aproximadamente en 530 casos se trat\u00f3 de la verificaci\u00f3n del cumplimiento de las normativas sobre el salario m\u00ednimo, y en 425 casos se encontraron indicios de la retenci\u00f3n y malversaci\u00f3n de contribuciones a la seguridad social.<\/p>\n<p>La FKS enfatiza que la lucha contra el trabajo no declarado y el empleo ilegal es crucial para asegurar los sistemas de seguridad social y los ingresos del Estado. A trav\u00e9s de amplios procedimientos de revisi\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n, se busca crear condiciones laborales y de competencia justas. La FKS realiza regularmente revisiones focalizadas y especiales a nivel nacional, basadas en un enfoque de revisi\u00f3n orientado al riesgo. Estas revisiones concertadas son una herramienta importante para reducir la aceptaci\u00f3n social del trabajo no declarado y del empleo ilegal.<\/p>\n<p>En el sector de la log\u00edstica, transporte y mensajer\u00eda, tanto la obligaci\u00f3n de los empleados de portar su documento de identidad o un documento equivalente, como la obligaci\u00f3n de los empleadores de registrar a los trabajadores
