A partir de mayo de 2026, se probar\u00e1 un veh\u00edculo de carga pesado propulsado por hidr\u00f3geno del modelo Scania 40R en Italia bajo condiciones operativas reales. Esta prueba pr\u00e1ctica es parte del proyecto europeo ZEFES, que se ocupa de la descarbonizaci\u00f3n del transporte de mercanc\u00edas.<\/p>\n<h3>Hidr\u00f3geno como tecnolog\u00eda de propulsi\u00f3n en el foco<\/h3>\n<p>Scania se ha centrado en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os en la electrificaci\u00f3n del transporte de mercanc\u00edas por carretera, pero tambi\u00e9n persigue el objetivo de investigar diversas tecnolog\u00edas de propulsi\u00f3n sostenibles. La prueba de veh\u00edculos propulsados por hidr\u00f3geno se encuentra actualmente en una fase temprana, con un enfoque en proyectos piloto en Europa. La colaboraci\u00f3n con Gruber Logistics tiene como objetivo posicionar a Italia como pionera en el desarrollo y prueba de soluciones de hidr\u00f3geno para el transporte de carga pesada.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto ZEFES tiene como objetivo acelerar la introducci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos de bater\u00eda (BEV) y veh\u00edculos de celdas de combustible de hidr\u00f3geno (FCEV) en el transporte de mercanc\u00edas europeo. Martin Gruber, CEO de Gruber Logistics, enfatiza la importancia de la prueba: &#8222;Es importante destacar que este veh\u00edculo, aunque a\u00fan no est\u00e1 en producci\u00f3n en serie, se utiliza en operaciones reales gracias a la colaboraci\u00f3n con empresas l\u00edderes de la industria manufacturera. Este es un paso importante para acelerar la adopci\u00f3n de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas y reconocer de inmediato los posibles desaf\u00edos que una empresa de log\u00edstica podr\u00eda enfrentar al implementarlas.&#8220;<\/p>\n<h3>Detalles t\u00e9cnicos del veh\u00edculo FCEV<\/h3>\n<p>El veh\u00edculo propulsado por hidr\u00f3geno se basa en un cami\u00f3n de remolque de tres ejes, desarrollado sobre una plataforma BEV. En esta plataforma se integran tanques de hidr\u00f3geno y un sistema de celdas de combustible. El hidr\u00f3geno no se quema, sino que se convierte en electricidad a trav\u00e9s de la celda de combustible. El objetivo de la prueba es evaluar el rendimiento operativo, la autonom\u00eda y los m\u00e9todos de repostaje en condiciones reales.<\/p>\n<p>En comparaci\u00f3n con los BEV convencionales, un FCEV ofrece algunas ventajas. Estas incluyen una mayor autonom\u00eda, ya que el sistema de celdas de combustible permite recorrer distancias m\u00e1s largas, as\u00ed como tiempos de repostaje m\u00e1s cortos de aproximadamente 20 minutos. Adem\u00e1s, las redes de distribuci\u00f3n y repostaje de hidr\u00f3geno pueden descentralizarse m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente en ciertos procesos log\u00edsticos, lo que las hace adecuadas para aplicaciones complejas.<\/p>\n<p>Simone Martinelli, Gerente de Ventas de E-Mobility en Scania Italia, explica: &#8222;Bas\u00e1ndonos en el enfoque modular caracter\u00edstico de Scania, hemos utilizado la plataforma BEV y la hemos combinado con tecnolog\u00eda de celdas de combustible. No se trata de un veh\u00edculo optimizado en su configuraci\u00f3n final, sino de una soluci\u00f3n de transici\u00f3n que nos permite aprovechar los desarrollos en el \u00e1rea de la propulsi\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica y evaluar el comportamiento del sistema de celdas de combustible en condiciones reales.&#8220;<\/p>\n<h3>Eventos y pruebas planificadas<\/h3>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de las pruebas pr\u00e1cticas en carretera, tambi\u00e9n se planifican pruebas de repostaje, as\u00ed como demostraciones est\u00e1ticas y din\u00e1micas. Los resultados y las mejores pr\u00e1cticas se compartir\u00e1n con la industria. El primer evento conjunto tendr\u00e1 lugar en la Transpotec 2026, donde Scania y Gruber Logistics presentar\u00e1n su iniciativa el 14 de mayo a las 12:00 horas. Los visitantes podr\u00e1n ver el veh\u00edculo durante la feria en el \u00e1rea exterior.
