La empresa, que implementa el amplio programa de inversi\u00f3n Port Polska, ha firmado un contrato con Przedsi\u0119biorstwo Sp\u00f3\u0142dzielcze Budoprojekt. Este contrato prev\u00e9 la elaboraci\u00f3n de la documentaci\u00f3n de dise\u00f1o para la siguiente fase de la Zona de Carga.<\/p>\n<h3>Progresos en el \u00e1rea de carga<\/h3>\n<p>El contrato representa el segundo de tres acuerdos fundamentales que dar\u00e1n forma a la infraestructura de carga del futuro aeropuerto. El proyecto Cargo 2 tiene como objetivo crear un sistema complejo de instalaciones e infraestructura de apoyo, orientado a proveedores de servicios log\u00edsticos globales que operan sus propias redes de distribuci\u00f3n. El objetivo es crear un entorno eficiente y seguro para el manejo de env\u00edos de mensajer\u00eda y expr\u00e9s, para satisfacer la creciente demanda mundial de carga a\u00e9rea.<\/p>\n<p>El contrato tiene un valor equivalente a 2,1 mil millones de EUR (bruto). El enfoque del proyecto es garantizar procesos log\u00edsticos sin interrupciones y reducir significativamente los tiempos de procesamiento de env\u00edos. Esto se lograr\u00e1 mediante la integraci\u00f3n de funciones de almacenamiento, manipulaci\u00f3n y clasificaci\u00f3n en un dise\u00f1o unificado.<\/p>\n<h3>Seguridad y eficiencia en el foco<\/h3>\n<p>Una de las principales preocupaciones del proyecto es la seguridad. El dise\u00f1o prev\u00e9 una estricta separaci\u00f3n y acceso controlado entre las \u00e1reas de la pista y la tierra, para proteger tanto la carga como al personal. Las instalaciones para proveedores de servicios log\u00edsticos se ubicar\u00e1n estrat\u00e9gicamente en la interfaz entre la pista y la tierra, para permitir una transferencia directa y r\u00e1pida de mercanc\u00edas entre el tr\u00e1fico a\u00e9reo y terrestre. Esto es crucial para las modernas cadenas de suministro globales.<\/p>\n<p>Los edificios planificados funcionar\u00e1n como centros de transferencia de alta velocidad, minimizando el tiempo de almacenamiento y maximizando el rendimiento. En la pr\u00e1ctica, esto significa que los paquetes se transportar\u00e1n r\u00e1pidamente de camiones a aviones y viceversa, con m\u00ednimas demoras. Una zona de clasificaci\u00f3n especial ser\u00e1 otro componente central del proyecto, dise\u00f1ada para organizar r\u00e1pidamente los env\u00edos seg\u00fan su destino. Soluciones espaciales y tecnol\u00f3gicas flexibles permitir\u00e1n que el sistema se adapte a vol\u00famenes de carga fluctuantes, garantizando tanto eficiencia como escalabilidad.<\/p>\n<p>El primer contrato para el dise\u00f1o de la Zona de Carga, que abarca la Cargo 1, fue previamente adjudicado a Cundall Polska. Dada la magnitud y complejidad de la inversi\u00f3n, el dise\u00f1o de la Zona de Carga se ha dividido en tres paquetes separados, cada uno de los cuales aborda diferentes requisitos funcionales y espaciales en el sitio del aeropuerto.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el cronograma de inversi\u00f3n actual, las instalaciones de la Zona de Carga deber\u00edan entrar en funcionamiento a finales de 2031.
