Los miembros actuales Dr. Alexander Dibelius, Kui Jiang y Dr. Shaojun Sun han anunciado que no se postular\u00e1n para un nuevo mandato. Esto requiere una nueva elecci\u00f3n para garantizar la representaci\u00f3n de los accionistas en el consejo de supervisi\u00f3n, seg\u00fan informa la empresa.<\/p>\n<h3>Sucesi\u00f3n con experiencia internacional<\/h3>\n<p>Para la sucesi\u00f3n de los miembros salientes, se han nominado a Dr. Ralf Krieger, Wang Decheng y Jin Zhao. Estos candidatos aportan experiencias internacionales:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dr. Ralf Krieger, nacido en 1964, trabaja como consultor empresarial independiente. Anteriormente, fue director financiero y parte de la direcci\u00f3n de Freudenberg SE, un grupo tecnol\u00f3gico con clientela internacional, desde 2011 hasta 2024.<\/li>\n<li>Wang Decheng, nacido en 1978, es desde julio de 2023 vicepresidente de Weichai Holding Group.
