Esta decisi\u00f3n entra en vigor de inmediato. Trolle aporta m\u00e1s de 40 a\u00f1os de experiencia en la industria, habiendo sido CEO de Air &amp; Sea en DSV desde 2015 hasta 2024, donde adquiri\u00f3 amplios conocimientos en la gesti\u00f3n de operaciones multinacionales de carga a\u00e9rea y mar\u00edtima.<\/p>\n<h3>Reorientaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica<\/h3>\n<p>Como parte de una revisi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica global de la divisi\u00f3n de carga a\u00e9rea y mar\u00edtima, NTG ha iniciado una transformaci\u00f3n integral a finales de 2025. El objetivo de esta reorientaci\u00f3n es aumentar el crecimiento org\u00e1nico y la rentabilidad. El enfoque busca un regreso a aspectos fundamentales para fomentar el desarrollo de la divisi\u00f3n en los respectivos mercados. Esto se lograr\u00e1 mediante mejoras aceleradas en las operaciones, una estrategia comercial de entrada al mercado m\u00e1s refinada y un fortalecimiento organizativo. Adem\u00e1s, se pondr\u00e1 un mayor \u00e9nfasis en el desarrollo de nuevos campos de negocio en mercados donde NTG a\u00fan no est\u00e1 presente.<\/p>\n<p>El nombramiento de Trolle se considera un paso decisivo para implementar esta transformaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica. Antes de su tiempo en NTG, Trolle fue responsable de las operaciones globales de carga a\u00e9rea y mar\u00edtima en DSV.
