Seg\u00fan un an\u00e1lisis de la empresa CBRE, se registr\u00f3 un volumen de transacciones de 1,4 mil millones de euros, lo que representa un aumento del 16 por ciento en comparaci\u00f3n con el primer trimestre de 2025. Este desarrollo indica un creciente inter\u00e9s en los inmuebles log\u00edsticos, a pesar de una ligera disminuci\u00f3n en la participaci\u00f3n de estos inmuebles en el mercado total.<\/p>\n<h3>Cambios en la participaci\u00f3n de transacciones<\/h3>\n<p>La participaci\u00f3n de los inmuebles log\u00edsticos en el volumen total disminuy\u00f3, seg\u00fan el an\u00e1lisis, en 13 puntos porcentuales hasta el 70 por ciento. En contraste, la industria ligera experiment\u00f3 un aumento de 12 puntos porcentuales hasta el 18 por ciento. Los inmuebles de producci\u00f3n se mantuvieron pr\u00e1cticamente estables y continuaron representando el 11 por ciento del volumen de transacciones.<\/p>\n<p>Otra tendencia es la disminuci\u00f3n de la importancia de las siete ciudades m\u00e1s grandes en relaci\u00f3n con el volumen de transacciones. La participaci\u00f3n de estas ciudades cay\u00f3 en 10 puntos porcentuales hasta solo el seis por ciento. El an\u00e1lisis tambi\u00e9n muestra que las transacciones de cartera est\u00e1n ganando importancia. Su participaci\u00f3n aument\u00f3 en nueve puntos porcentuales hasta el 21 por ciento.
