UU. CenterPoint Properties ha nombrado a Brian Moran como Vicepresidente Senior de Desarrollo para la regi\u00f3n Oeste. En esta funci\u00f3n, fue responsable de proyectos con un volumen total superior a 4.500 millones de USD en EE. UU. y Europa. Anteriormente, trabaj\u00f3 como Gerente de Proyecto Senior en Rexford Industrial, donde lider\u00f3 proyectos tanto de nueva construcci\u00f3n como de remodelaci\u00f3n para la empresa enfocada en el sur de California.
