(SKL) inaugur\u00f3 a principios de mes una nueva ubicaci\u00f3n con sede y almac\u00e9n en la Zona de Libre Comercio de Waigaoqiao en Shangh\u00e1i (foto), est\u00e1 realizando cambios organizativos que entrar\u00e1n en vigor el 1 de abril de 2026. Estas medidas tienen como objetivo aumentar la eficiencia de la gesti\u00f3n y fortalecer las capacidades de ventas de la empresa.<\/p>\n<h3>Reestructuraci\u00f3n de las Sedes Regionales<\/h3>\n<p>En el marco de la reestructuraci\u00f3n de las responsabilidades de las sedes regionales, se establecer\u00e1 una nueva sede para las regiones de Asia del Sur, Oriente Medio y \u00c1frica. Esta decisi\u00f3n busca fortalecer la base de gesti\u00f3n y ventas en el mercado en crecimiento de Asia del Sur y crear sinergias entre las regiones. Adem\u00e1s, la filial rusa ser\u00e1 transferida al departamento de planificaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n empresarial (CPA) para consolidar a\u00fan m\u00e1s la estructura de gobernanza de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, la actual sede para Europa, Oriente Medio y \u00c1frica ser\u00e1 renombrada como sede Europa. Para optimizar la estructura organizativa, se disolver\u00e1 el Centro Regional de Ventas y Marketing bajo la sede de Jap\u00f3n, Taiw\u00e1n y Corea (JTK). Las funciones de este centro ser\u00e1n transferidas a los departamentos de ventas de exportaci\u00f3n e importaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3>Reestructuraci\u00f3n de los Departamentos Empresariales<\/h3>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se llevar\u00e1 a cabo una revisi\u00f3n y mejora exhaustiva de la estructura de gesti\u00f3n dentro de los departamentos principales. En el marco de estas medidas, se establecer\u00e1 un nuevo departamento de recursos humanos corporativos (CHR) para promover la conciencia sobre las pol\u00edticas globales de recursos humanos de KWE y mejorar la gesti\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1rea de personal.<\/p>\n<p>El departamento de cumplimiento aduanero ser\u00e1 separado de la CPA y reorganizado como una unidad independiente para fortalecer el marco legal en las operaciones aduaneras.
