En esta funci\u00f3n, Onses ser\u00e1 responsable de la gesti\u00f3n de las operaciones de la empresa, desde la identificaci\u00f3n de oportunidades inmobiliarias hasta la finalizaci\u00f3n de los edificios. Este nombramiento es parte de la estrategia de la empresa para fortalecer sus actividades en el \u00e1mbito del desarrollo inmobiliario.<\/p>\n<p>Antes de unirse a FIRE, Jonathan Onses trabaj\u00f3 desde septiembre de 2024 como Jefe de Operaciones en KSI D\u00e9veloppement (Grupo APRC). All\u00ed lider\u00f3 proyectos inmobiliarios integrales, centr\u00e1ndose en los sectores de log\u00edstica, mensajer\u00eda e industria. Onses tambi\u00e9n aporta seis a\u00f1os de experiencia de su tiempo como Gerente de Proyectos en desarrollo y planificaci\u00f3n en Groupe IDEC, donde se ocup\u00f3 del desarrollo de bienes ra\u00edces log\u00edsticos e industriales, as\u00ed como de la reutilizaci\u00f3n de terrenos bald\u00edos.<\/p>\n<p>En su nuevo rol, Onses asumir\u00e1 la direcci\u00f3n administrativa, t\u00e9cnica, legal y financiera de proyectos complejos, colaborando estrechamente con municipios y entidades gubernamentales.<\/p>\n<p>Julien Mongoin, cofundador de FIRE, coment\u00f3 sobre el nombramiento: &#8222;La incorporaci\u00f3n de Jonathan Onses encaja perfectamente en la estrategia de crecimiento de FIRE.
