Esto se desprende de un informe recientemente publicado por UL Standards &amp; Engagement (ULSE). Por un lado, la calidad de las bater\u00edas y el comportamiento de los remitentes son factores de riesgo decisivos. Los remitentes m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os a menudo no tienen el conocimiento necesario para manejar materiales peligrosos y dependen de que los proveedores de transporte detecten errores.
