En el tribunal de distrito de Innsbruck se ha abierto el procedimiento de quiebra sobre Nothegger Transport Logistik. Seg\u00fan datos de asociaciones de protecci\u00f3n de acreedores, las deudas ascienden a aproximadamente 15 millones de euros. Alrededor de 300 empleados podr\u00edan verse afectados por la insolvencia.<\/p>\n<p>La solicitud fue presentada por la Caja de Salud de Austria (\u00d6GK), que reclama contribuciones a la seguridad social impagas por un monto de millones. Seg\u00fan el Asociaci\u00f3n de Acreedores de los Alpes, existen deudas de aproximadamente 3.2 millones de euros con la \u00d6GK, alrededor de 1.8 millones de euros con la oficina de impuestos y aproximadamente 9.3 millones de euros con bancos. A pesar de algunos pagos parciales, los problemas financieros no pudieron resolverse.<\/p>\n<p>La direcci\u00f3n hab\u00eda confiado anteriormente en la entrada de un inversor y en la venta a corto plazo de un inmueble. Sin embargo, estos pasos no pudieron implementarse a tiempo. Por lo tanto, el tribunal consider\u00f3 que se cumpl\u00edan las condiciones para un procedimiento de quiebra.<\/p>\n<p>Como carga adicional se consideran los impuestos diferidos de la pandemia de coronavirus. Los reembolsos que ahora son exigibles agravan significativamente la situaci\u00f3n de liquidez de la empresa, seg\u00fan KSV1870. La administraci\u00f3n de la insolvencia ahora est\u00e1 evaluando si es posible continuar con la operaci\u00f3n.
