El objetivo de esta iniciativa es fortalecer el transporte ferroviario internacional de mercanc\u00edas mediante la implementaci\u00f3n completa del Convenio sobre el Contrato de Transporte Internacional de Mercanc\u00edas por Ferrocarril (URL1), seg\u00fan informa el Comit\u00e9 de la Comisi\u00f3n Econ\u00f3mica para Europa de las Naciones Unidas (UNECE).<\/p>\n<p>En el marco de esta decisi\u00f3n, se ha establecido un equipo de expertos que trabajar\u00e1 bajo el Grupo de Trabajo de Transporte Ferroviario (SC.2). Este equipo tiene la tarea de desarrollar las herramientas necesarias para hacer operativo el URL1 en el transporte ferroviario diario. Entre las primeras tareas se encuentra la elaboraci\u00f3n de un modelo de nota de consignaci\u00f3n y un manual de implementaci\u00f3n complementario. Estas medidas tienen como objetivo garantizar una aplicaci\u00f3n coherente y legalmente segura del nuevo marco normativo en el transporte transfronterizo, informa el Comit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><a
