Esto se refleja en las cifras comerciales actuales de la empresa, que muestran un desarrollo positivo de los principales indicadores de rendimiento.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingresos y ganancias por encima de las expectativas<\/h3>\n<p>Los ingresos netos de la Luka Koper Group en 2025 ascendieron a 380,3 millones de EUR, lo que representa un aumento del 13% en comparaci\u00f3n con el plan y del 15% en comparaci\u00f3n con 2024. Los principales impulsores de este aumento fueron un mayor manejo de contenedores y veh\u00edculos, as\u00ed como ingresos de almacenamiento incrementados.<\/p>\n<p>El resultado operativo (EBIT) aument\u00f3 un 44% en comparaci\u00f3n con el a\u00f1o anterior, alcanzando los 96,3 millones de EUR, lo que est\u00e1 un 74% por encima del valor planificado. Este desarrollo positivo se vio favorecido no solo por mayores ingresos, sino tambi\u00e9n por un aumento en otros ingresos. A pesar del aumento de los costos operativos debido a nuevas contrataciones, pagos basados en el rendimiento, as\u00ed como mayores costos de energ\u00eda y materiales, el rendimiento general de la empresa se vio positivamente influenciado por fuertes cifras de ventas, una mejora en los resultados financieros y contribuciones s\u00f3lidas de empresas asociadas. La ganancia neta fue de 81,5 millones de EUR, lo que representa un aumento del 35%.<\/p>\n<h3>Crecimiento en el manejo de contenedores y veh\u00edculos<\/h3>\n<p>El terminal de contenedores registr\u00f3 un notable crecimiento del 12% y alcanz\u00f3 un nuevo r\u00e9cord de 1.272.161 TEU. Este crecimiento fue impulsado principalmente por nuevas actividades comerciales relacionadas con el suministro y equipamiento de instalaciones de producci\u00f3n en los mercados de hinterland del puerto, as\u00ed como por servicios de transporte reestructurados desde el Lejano Oriente y dentro del Mediterr\u00e1neo. El terminal de autom\u00f3viles y RO-RO tambi\u00e9n pudo registrar un aumento del 3% con 914.817 unidades manejadas, lo que se debe principalmente a la importaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos de varios fabricantes chinos.<\/p>\n<h3>Inversiones y proyectos futuros<\/h3>\n<p>En 2025 se iniciaron varios proyectos de desarrollo en el puerto de Koper como parte de un ciclo de inversi\u00f3n integral que se completar\u00e1 en 2028. En total, se destinaron 132,9 millones de EUR a inversiones, de los cuales 42,9 millones de EUR fueron para iniciativas relacionadas con la sostenibilidad. Para 2026, la Luka Koper Group planea intensificar a\u00fan m\u00e1s la actividad de inversi\u00f3n con un presupuesto de 201 millones de EUR.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con el cronograma del proyecto, las obras de construcci\u00f3n del nuevo muelle de contenedores y las \u00e1reas de almacenamiento en la secci\u00f3n norte del muelle I, as\u00ed como de un aparcamiento de varios niveles con capacidad para 11.700 veh\u00edculos, est\u00e1n en marcha.
