Estos resultados confirman la tendencia positiva de los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os y este \u00faltimo representa un nuevo r\u00e9cord en la historia de la empresa.<\/p>\n<h3>Resultados y cifras financieras<\/h3>\n<p>El balance anual muestra un beneficio neto despu\u00e9s de impuestos de 4.136.079 euros, tras deducir impuestos sobre la renta por un total de 1.923.171 euros. El EBITDA, que representa la diferencia entre el valor de producci\u00f3n y los costos de producci\u00f3n menos depreciaciones y provisiones, es de 14,2 millones de euros. Esto equivale al 33,60 % de los ingresos de producci\u00f3n habituales. El valor total de producci\u00f3n de 46.033.000 euros representa el mejor resultado que la empresa ha logrado hasta ahora.<\/p>\n<h3>Iniciativas estrat\u00e9gicas y orientaci\u00f3n futura<\/h3>\n<p>En 2025, Interporto Padova se encontraba, seg\u00fan sus propias declaraciones, en una fase decisiva de su desarrollo estrat\u00e9gico. La operaci\u00f3n completa tras la fusi\u00f3n de la zona industrial de Padua y el consorcio del puerto fluvial ha permitido a la empresa concentrarse m\u00e1s en los objetivos de desarrollo industrial y posicionamiento competitivo. Una de las iniciativas estrat\u00e9gicas del a\u00f1o fiscal pasado fue la selecci\u00f3n de un socio industrial para la internacionalizaci\u00f3n de la terminal intermodal. Esta transacci\u00f3n se considera la m\u00e1s grande en la historia de Interporto Padova.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.interportopd.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener
