El valor total de la transacci\u00f3n asciende a m\u00e1s de 4 mil millones de USD. ZIM es la d\u00e9cima mayor naviera de contenedores del mundo.<\/p>\n<p>La adquisici\u00f3n ser\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ada por FIMI Opportunity Funds, el mayor fondo de capital privado de Israel, que establecer\u00e1 una naviera independiente. Esta nueva naviera atender\u00e1 algunas de las principales rutas comerciales y estar\u00e1 conectada sin problemas con la red global de Hapag-Lloyd.
