El denominado &#8222;Enderby Hub&#8220; podr\u00eda, seg\u00fan el consejo municipal de Sharnford, traer m\u00e1s de 2.000 empleos a la regi\u00f3n. La decisi\u00f3n se tom\u00f3 recientemente durante una reuni\u00f3n, despu\u00e9s de que ya en julio del a\u00f1o pasado se aprobara una solicitud de planificaci\u00f3n para almacenes, oficinas y casas de entrada. El \u00e1rea en cuesti\u00f3n fue designada para fines de empleo en el plan local del consejo del distrito en 2019.<\/p>\n<h3>Estructura del proyecto y fases de construcci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>El \u00e1rea de 33 hect\u00e1reas se dividir\u00e1 en tres zonas: A, B y C. El acceso se realizar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de Leicester Lane, y el desarrollo est\u00e1 planificado en dos fases. La primera fase incluye trabajos de tierra, la construcci\u00f3n de carreteras principales, aceras y caminos de acceso internos. Tambi\u00e9n se incluir\u00e1n paisajismo, patios y espacios de estacionamiento como parte de esta fase.<\/p>\n<p>En la segunda fase, el enfoque estar\u00e1 en las unidades de almacenamiento e industriales. La zona A, que se encuentra en el borde trasero del terreno, incluir\u00e1 dos almacenes para operaciones log\u00edsticas a gran escala. La construcci\u00f3n de nuevas aceras y carriles para bicicletas, con un total de 340 espacios para bicicletas, contribuir\u00e1 a la movilidad sostenible alrededor del nuevo centro. Adem\u00e1s, aproximadamente el 10 % de los espacios de estacionamiento estar\u00e1n equipados con estaciones de carga para veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos.<\/p>\n<p>El solicitante, Royal London Mutual Insurance Ltd, calific\u00f3 el proyecto, seg\u00fan el comunicado del consejo municipal, como un &#8222;proyecto insignia&#8220;.
