Imhof asumi\u00f3 su cargo el 1 de diciembre de 2025 y reporta directamente a Olivier Rochet, presidente y fundador de SCALLOG.<\/p>\n<h3>Reorientaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica y crecimiento<\/h3>\n<p>El nombramiento de Imhof se produce en un contexto de creciente demanda de soluciones de automatizaci\u00f3n en el comercio electr\u00f3nico y la necesidad de hacer los almacenes m\u00e1s eficientes. SCALLOG ofrece una soluci\u00f3n de rob\u00f3tica &#8222;Goods to Person&#8220; que se caracteriza por su facilidad de uso y escalabilidad. Esta tecnolog\u00eda busca abordar los desaf\u00edos de la industria log\u00edstica en Europa y Am\u00e9rica del Norte, especialmente en tiempos de escasez de mano de obra y la necesidad de mejorar las condiciones laborales.<\/p>\n<p>Imhof se centrar\u00e1 en estructurar la estrategia de crecimiento y aumentar la excelencia operativa. Entre sus prioridades se encuentran la mejora de la eficiencia operativa, el desarrollo de nuevas asociaciones de exportaci\u00f3n y el fortalecimiento de la presencia en el mercado en sectores de alto crecimiento como el comercio electr\u00f3nico, la industria, las piezas de repuesto y la defensa.<\/p>\n<h3>Experiencia y visi\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Jean-Luc Imhof aporta m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os de experiencia en el \u00e1mbito de la automatizaci\u00f3n industrial, especialmente en rob\u00f3tica de valor a\u00f1adido. Anteriormente ocup\u00f3 puestos de liderazgo en ACTEMIUM y KUKA, uno de los principales proveedores de soluciones de automatizaci\u00f3n inteligente. All\u00ed trabaj\u00f3 como gerente de proyectos y, posteriormente, como director general.
