Seg\u00fan la encuesta, el 83% de los encuestados afirmaron que sus clientes realizaron menos pedidos de env\u00edo debido a estos aranceles.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s de la mitad de los participantes en la encuesta informaron que los aranceles requer\u00edan ajustes en las cadenas de suministro y rutas de env\u00edo de sus clientes. Casi la mitad de los encuestados tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que los costos operativos y la carga administrativa hab\u00edan aumentado. Otros desaf\u00edos que intensificaron los efectos de los aranceles fueron las demoras aduaneras, la congesti\u00f3n en los aeropuertos, los horarios de vuelo reducidos, as\u00ed como procesos de seguridad y documentaci\u00f3n inconsistentes.<\/p>\n<p>El director ejecutivo de la AfA, Brandon Fried (foto), coment\u00f3 sobre los resultados de la encuesta: &#8222;El a\u00f1o pasado estuvo marcado por la inestabilidad, con pol\u00edticas comerciales cambiantes, nuevos aranceles y requisitos de seguridad y cumplimiento variables, lo que dificult\u00f3 a los transportistas y a sus clientes planificar con confianza.&#8220; Subray\u00f3 la necesidad de un marco pol\u00edtico estable y predecible para dar a las empresas la seguridad de invertir en sus capacidades y tomar decisiones a largo plazo en la cadena de suministro.<\/p>\n<p>La AfA planea utilizar los resultados de la encuesta en su labor de cabildeo en Washington D.C. as\u00ed como en el intercambio con representantes de la industria.
