Este es el segundo a\u00f1o consecutivo en el que el puerto registra ingresos superiores a 200 millones de euros. Las principales fuentes de ingresos son las tasas de concesi\u00f3n, que con 96 millones de euros representan la parte m\u00e1s estable, as\u00ed como las tarifas de uso por un total de 97 millones de euros, que se relacionan con el tr\u00e1fico y las actividades portuarias.<\/p>\n<h3>Inversiones y proyectos<\/h3>\n<p>A pesar del crecimiento de los ingresos, el beneficio operativo en 2025 disminuy\u00f3 un 6 %. Esta ca\u00edda se debe a los efectos financieros excepcionales de las inversiones en una nueva terminal de caf\u00e9. Sin esta carga, se habr\u00eda esperado que el beneficio operativo alcanzara los 57 millones de euros, lo que habr\u00eda representado un aumento del 14 % en comparaci\u00f3n con el a\u00f1o anterior.
