Asumir\u00e1 el cargo de Frank P\u00f6rschke, quien continuar\u00e1 actuando como CEO hasta la entrada de Carter en los pr\u00f3ximos doce meses. Durante este per\u00edodo de transici\u00f3n, ambos trabajar\u00e1n en estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n para garantizar la continuidad de las operaciones comerciales y la estabilidad operativa.<\/p>\n<p>Simon Carter aporta una amplia experiencia en el sector inmobiliario y en la gesti\u00f3n empresarial estrat\u00e9gica. Recientemente fue CEO de British Land, donde fue nombrado para este puesto en noviembre de 2020, tras haber sido CFO.
