A partir del 16 de marzo de 2026, las actividades de carga fraccionada de IDS se concentrar\u00e1n en una nueva terminal de transbordo en el Logistik Campus en Polch. La sede y el lugar administrativo de la Gras Gruppe permanecer\u00e1n en Neuwied.<\/p>\n<p>Los socios gerentes Hans-Wolfgang Geis y Jochen Geis explican que en los \u00faltimos meses se han analizado los procesos en las dos ubicaciones. En este an\u00e1lisis se ha evidenciado el potencial de una concentraci\u00f3n. Las dos ubicaciones est\u00e1n a solo unos 30 kil\u00f3metros de distancia, lo que, mediante la fusi\u00f3n, deber\u00eda llevar a procesos m\u00e1s claros y caminos m\u00e1s cortos. Esto deber\u00eda ofrecer a los clientes una mayor fiabilidad.<\/p>\n<h3>Ventajas de la fusi\u00f3n para los clientes<\/h3>\n<p>La fusi\u00f3n de las actividades en Polch trae consigo varias ventajas. La nueva terminal de transbordo, que abarca m\u00e1s de 6,000 metros cuadrados, permite una gesti\u00f3n centralizada de los procesos. Esto permite optimizar los costos de transporte en el tr\u00e1fico local y de larga distancia, as\u00ed como reducir los costos de proceso. En el tr\u00e1fico local, se eliminan adem\u00e1s los viajes de enlace entre las dos ubicaciones. La evitaci\u00f3n de transbordos dobles deber\u00eda tener un impacto positivo en los tiempos de entrega, la seguridad de los procesos y las tasas de da\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Jens K\u00f6ster, director general de la Gras Gruppe, enfatiza que de las dos antiguas terminales de IDS en Neuwied y Polch se est\u00e1 formando una unidad eficiente. La asignaci\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica de \u00e1reas y las estructuras de socios en la red de IDS permanecen sin cambios, de modo que las \u00e1reas de IDS existentes seguir\u00e1n siendo atendidas.<\/p>\n<h3>Continuidad para los empleados<\/h3>\n<p>La fusi\u00f3n de los procesos operativos se llevar\u00e1 a cabo de manera planificada. La administraci\u00f3n y los departamentos no operativos, como contabilidad, recursos humanos y ventas, permanecer\u00e1n en Neuwied. Los contactos habituales para los clientes seguir\u00e1n existiendo, y la calidad del servicio deber\u00eda fortalecerse a\u00fan m\u00e1s a trav\u00e9s de los procesos concentrados. Los empleados afectados han sido informados sobre las medidas planificadas y recibir\u00e1n apoyo durante la transici\u00f3n. Dado que las ubicaciones est\u00e1n cerca una de la otra, existe la posibilidad de trabajar en el futuro en la ubicaci\u00f3n de Polch.<\/p>\n<p>La Gras Gruppe tambi\u00e9n se beneficia de una infraestructura log\u00edstica moderna. El nuevo Logistik Campus est\u00e1 directamente conectado a un centro log\u00edstico recientemente ampliado, lo que permite transiciones sin problemas entre el almacenamiento y el transbordo.
