La aerol\u00ednea incluir\u00e1 Roma-Fiumicino (FCO) en su programaci\u00f3n regular de vuelos de carga. A partir del 7 de febrero de 2026, la conexi\u00f3n de Frankfurt (FRA) a Roma se ofrecer\u00e1 una vez a la semana, los s\u00e1bados, bajo el n\u00famero de vuelo LH8344. El vuelo continuar\u00e1 desde Roma hacia Estambul (IST) y al hub en M\u00fanich (MUC). Desde diciembre de 2025, se han utilizado aviones de carga A321 de forma ad-hoc a Roma para satisfacer la creciente demanda. La inclusi\u00f3n en el horario regular subraya la importancia estrat\u00e9gica del nuevo hub en el sur de Europa.<\/p>\n<h3>Expansi\u00f3n hacia \u00c1frica<\/h3>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el aeropuerto de Argel (ALG) se incorporar\u00e1 a la red a partir del 10 de febrero de 2026. La conexi\u00f3n se ofrecer\u00e1 los martes bajo el n\u00famero de vuelo LH8308. Adem\u00e1s, 18 aviones de carga Boeing 777 de la flota de larga distancia, as\u00ed como capacidades de carga adicional de Lufthansa Airlines, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Discover Airlines, ITA Airways y SunExpress complementan la red global de Lufthansa Cargo.
