La encuesta, que entrevist\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 3,000 profesionales de diversas industrias, incluyendo comercio minorista, distribuci\u00f3n mayorista y manufactura, destaca los desaf\u00edos que las empresas deben enfrentar para 2026, seg\u00fan informan las propias empresas.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la encuesta, actualmente el 68% de las empresas utiliza una soluci\u00f3n para enrutamiento y planificaci\u00f3n (R&amp;S). Sin embargo, se observa una clara &#8222;brecha de satisfacci\u00f3n&#8220; en el mercado. Solo el 10% de los encuestados indic\u00f3 estar &#8222;muy satisfecho&#8220; con su proveedor actual. El 46% de los participantes se expres\u00f3 de manera neutral, mientras que el 20% est\u00e1 insatisfecho. Los datos sugieren que casi el 30% de las empresas buscan implementaciones integradas para \u00e1reas y horarios diarios en los pr\u00f3ximos tres a\u00f1os. Adem\u00e1s, el 26% de los encuestados valora las estimaciones predictivas de los tiempos de entrega.<\/p>\n<h3>Optimizaci\u00f3n como clave para la satisfacci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Entre los hallazgos clave se encuentra que la tasa de satisfacci\u00f3n neutral del 46% se interpreta como una invitaci\u00f3n a ofrecer un est\u00e1ndar de servicio m\u00e1s alto. ORTEC planea dirigirse espec\u00edficamente al 24% de los usuarios que buscan ajustes de rutas automatizados y din\u00e1micos, para pasar de &#8222;neutral&#8220; a &#8222;satisfecho&#8220;. Adem\u00e1s, la encuesta muestra que la demanda de soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas est\u00e1 en aumento. Los ejecutivos de nivel C (9%) y de nivel director (36%) est\u00e1n impulsando cada vez m\u00e1s la adopci\u00f3n de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas.
