Christian Schober, quien ha dirigido la empresa desde su fundaci\u00f3n en 1998 como \u00fanico socio, ser\u00e1 apoyado en el futuro por Sandra Voland. Voland, que ha estado trabajando en la empresa como consultora senior desde 2023, actuar\u00e1 junto a Schober como directora general con poder de representaci\u00f3n individual.<\/p>\n<h3>Reestructuraci\u00f3n y planificaci\u00f3n de sucesi\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>En el marco de estos cambios, la empresa individual se ha transformado en Schober Beratung f\u00fcr Logistik GmbH &amp; Co. KG. Los datos de contacto y direcci\u00f3n de la empresa permanecen sin cambios. Con la introducci\u00f3n de una doble direcci\u00f3n, se busca una clara divisi\u00f3n de tareas: mientras Christian Schober se concentrar\u00e1 en el desarrollo empresarial y las ventas, Sandra Voland asumir\u00e1 el desarrollo y la atenci\u00f3n del negocio de consultor\u00eda operativa.
