China Eastern Air Logistics Co., Ltd. (CEAL) ha puesto en funcionamiento, en colaboraci\u00f3n con L\u00f6dige Industries, una nueva generaci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos de transporte automatizados de alta capacidad (AGVs). Estos AGVs est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados espec\u00edficamente para el transporte flexible y totalmente automatizado de dispositivos de carga unitaria (ULDs) y ya est\u00e1n en uso en la terminal de carga 4 del aeropuerto.<\/p>\n<h3>Aumento de la eficiencia a trav\u00e9s de sistemas automatizados<\/h3>\n<p>Se han implementado con \u00e9xito un total de seis AGVs, cada uno capaz de transportar hasta 6,8 toneladas. Estos veh\u00edculos tienen como objetivo mejorar significativamente la eficiencia y la automatizaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1rea de procesamiento de carga a\u00e9rea. Los AGVs est\u00e1n completamente integrados en el sistema de gesti\u00f3n de carga (CMS) de L\u00f6dige, que permite una planificaci\u00f3n, control y seguimiento optimizados del flujo de carga. Estamos orgullosos de colaborar con CEAL para introducir esta tecnolog\u00eda avanzada y ayudarles a aumentar la eficiencia y establecer nuevos est\u00e1ndares para las operaciones de carga.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Ventajas de los AGVs para la operaci\u00f3n de carga<\/h3>\n<p>Los nuevos AGVs ofrecen una mayor flexibilidad operativa al reducir la dependencia de m\u00e9todos de transporte manuales y apoyar la optimizaci\u00f3n de rutas. Esto disminuye la necesidad de infraestructuras fijas y permite flujos de carga din\u00e1micos. La inteligencia basada en datos de los AGVs proporciona un control preciso, minimiza el riesgo de da\u00f1os a los ULDs y apoya la operaci\u00f3n las 24 horas. De este modo, los empleados pueden concentrarse en tareas que generan valor.<\/p>\n<p>Los seis AGVs fueron fabricados en Alemania y se sometieron a pruebas rigurosas para garantizar una calidad y rendimiento consistentes.
