Estos fondos est\u00e1n destinados a apoyar la adquisici\u00f3n de tres Pure Car &amp; Truck Carrier (PCTC) de nueva generaci\u00f3n, que est\u00e1n previstos para ser entregados en 2026. Los barcos llevar\u00e1n los nombres &#8222;Grande Egitto&#8220;, &#8222;Grande Pacifico&#8220; y &#8222;Grande Oceania&#8220; y se espera que sean entregados durante el a\u00f1o en curso.<\/p>\n<p>La financiaci\u00f3n es parte de la estrategia del Grupo Grimaldi, que se centra en el crecimiento sostenible y la innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica, como informa <span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Diego Pacella, CEO del Grupo Grimaldi<\/span>. Francesca Diviccaro, directora del \u00e1rea de Retail &amp; Luxury en Intesa Sanpaolo, subray\u00f3 la importancia de Grimaldi Euromed para el desarrollo sostenible del transporte mar\u00edtimo. Explic\u00f3 que Intesa Sanpaolo siempre est\u00e1 al lado de las empresas que realizan inversiones estrat\u00e9gicas y promueven la transici\u00f3n hacia energ\u00edas renovables.<\/p>\n<p>Los barcos son parte de un pedido m\u00e1s grande de 17 nuevos barcos PCTC que el Grupo Grimaldi ha realizado entre 2022 y 2023. Este pedido incluye un volumen total de inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 1,6 mil millones de USD. Cada uno de los nuevos barcos tiene una capacidad de transporte de 9.800 Car Equivalent Units (CEU) y se caracteriza, seg\u00fan el Grupo Grimaldi, por su bajo impacto ecol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<h3>Tecnolog\u00eda detr\u00e1s de los barcos<\/h3>\n<p>Los nuevos barcos est\u00e1n equipados con tecnolog\u00eda que tiene como objetivo reducir el impacto ambiental. Esto incluye la &#8222;clasificaci\u00f3n Ammonia Ready&#8220;, que certifica la posibilidad de una futura conversi\u00f3n a amon\u00edaco como combustible libre de emisiones. Adem\u00e1s, los barcos cuentan con varias clasificaciones como Green Plus, Green Star 3, Comfort Vibration y Comfort Noise Port. Otras caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9cnicas incluyen bater\u00edas de iones de litio de 5 MWh y paneles solares de 2.500 m\u00b2, que contribuir\u00e1n al suministro de energ\u00eda.
