En el marco de esta reestructuraci\u00f3n, se crear\u00e1n dos divisiones principales: la Divisi\u00f3n de Navegaci\u00f3n y Log\u00edstica, dirigida por James C. Fowler (izquierda), y la Divisi\u00f3n de Energ\u00eda, bajo la direcci\u00f3n de Kollin Fencil (derecha).
