Se debatieron \u00e1reas de acci\u00f3n y posibles medidas para mejorar a\u00fan m\u00e1s la seguridad del transporte ferroviario de mercanc\u00edas.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Berna) La seguridad en el transporte ferroviario de mercanc\u00edas es alta. Los ferrocarriles, el BAV y otros actores garantizan esto con diversas medidas. Por ejemplo, los ferrocarriles operan una densa red de dispositivos de control de trenes, que permiten detener y retirar de servicio vagones con frenos sobrecalentados o lonas ondeantes de inmediato. El BAV controla cada a\u00f1o alrededor de 7000 vagones de mercanc\u00edas directamente en la red ferroviaria y coordina estrechamente la supervisi\u00f3n de seguridad con las autoridades en el extranjero.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Mesa redonda por m\u00e1s seguridad<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Particularmente debido a los hallazgos de la Oficina Suiza de Investigaci\u00f3n de Accidentes (SUST) sobre el accidente en el t\u00fanel base del Gotardo en agosto de 2023 y el car\u00e1cter fuertemente transfronterizo del transporte ferroviario de mercanc\u00edas, surgen ciertos desaf\u00edos en el \u00e1mbito de la seguridad: el Consejo Federal se propone abordarlos y, al mismo tiempo, en su informe sobre el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parlament.ch\/de\/ratsbetrieb\/suche-curia-vista\/geschaeft?AffairId=20253177\">postulado 25.3177<\/a> \u00abAumento de la seguridad en el transporte ferroviario de mercanc\u00edas\u00bb, identificar \u00e1reas de acci\u00f3n. Con miras a la elaboraci\u00f3n del informe, el BAV llev\u00f3 a cabo una mesa redonda con los actores de la industria el 26 de junio de 2025.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Importante colaboraci\u00f3n internacional<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>En la industria hay consenso en que la seguridad en el transporte ferroviario de mercanc\u00edas solo puede garantizarse de manera sostenible a largo plazo mediante la colaboraci\u00f3n internacional. La SUST ha recomendado a la Agencia Europea de Ferrocarriles (ERA), tras el accidente en el t\u00fanel base del Gotardo, que se establezcan requisitos m\u00e1s estrictos a nivel europeo para el mantenimiento y la conservaci\u00f3n de vagones de mercanc\u00edas con zapatas de freno de material compuesto (en particular, zapatas LL). Si las medidas internacionales no son suficientes o no se implementan en un plazo razonable, Suiza podr\u00eda tomar m\u00e1s medidas. Como \u00faltimo recurso, podr\u00eda considerarse una prohibici\u00f3n de operaci\u00f3n para vagones de mercanc\u00edas con zapatas LL en Suiza.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Medidas a corto plazo<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Con miras a medidas a corto plazo para aumentar la seguridad en el transporte ferroviario de mercanc\u00edas, los representantes de las empresas de transporte ferroviario y de los propietarios de vagones esbozaron posibles \u00e1reas de acci\u00f3n durante la mesa redonda, como controles adicionales o regulaciones t\u00e9cnicas m\u00e1s estrictas.
