El objetivo del proyecto es desarrollar una unidad de carga flexible y modular para vagones de contenedores est\u00e1ndar de alta disponibilidad en el transporte ferroviario de mercanc\u00edas. Esta unidad debe hacer que el volumen de carga y las altas capacidades de carga de los vagones ferroviarios cl\u00e1sicos sean utilizables junto con las ventajas de los portadores de carga modulares en el transporte ferroviario.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Dortmund\/Ascheberg) Un aspecto central es la m\u00e1xima utilizaci\u00f3n del perfil de espacio libre ferroviario, al mismo tiempo que se separan los vagones y la estructura. La construcci\u00f3n permite una f\u00e1cil desconexi\u00f3n entre el vag\u00f3n y el m\u00f3dulo de construcci\u00f3n para cambios de requisitos, mantenimiento y reparaciones, y busca la capacidad de operaci\u00f3n en la carga de vagones individuales. Paralelamente, se est\u00e1 trabajando en el desarrollo de un procedimiento de autorizaci\u00f3n simplificado.<\/p>\n<p>El consorcio del proyecto est\u00e1 formado por Wecon GmbH como coordinadora y principal responsable del desarrollo y construcci\u00f3n de los prototipos, el Fraunhofer IML para el acompa\u00f1amiento cient\u00edfico y el concepto de autorizaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como Captrain Deutschland GmbH como socio asociado para pruebas pr\u00e1cticas. Con una duraci\u00f3n planificada de 30 meses y financiado por el programa federal Futuro del Transporte Ferroviario de Mercanc\u00edas, se espera que se desarrollen dos prototipos probados de la FlexRailUnit, un esquema de pruebas para la autorizaci\u00f3n ferroviaria simplificada y publicaciones cient\u00edficas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La FlexRailUnit ofrece diversas ventajas para diferentes actores a lo largo de la cadena de suministro:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Los cargadores se benefician del uso de v\u00edas de carga m\u00e1s cortas y de la posibilidad de mover mayores tonelajes en la infraestructura existente.<\/li>\n<li>Los arrendadores de vagones pueden aumentar la utilizaci\u00f3n de sus vagones de carga y as\u00ed obtener ventajas competitivas y ingresos adicionales.<\/li>\n<li>Las empresas industriales con conexi\u00f3n ferroviaria ganan flexibilidad gracias a m\u00f3dulos de transporte adaptables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La separaci\u00f3n modular entre vagones de carga y portadores de carga, as\u00ed como un procedimiento de autorizaci\u00f3n acelerado, tambi\u00e9n permiten ciclos de innovaci\u00f3n significativamente m\u00e1s cortos: un verdadero avance para el desarrollo de soluciones log\u00edsticas especializadas.<\/p>\n<h5>Presentaci\u00f3n del proyecto en la transport logistic<\/h5>\n<p>En comparaci\u00f3n con los vagones ferroviarios cl\u00e1sicos, la FlexRailUnit ofrece m\u00e1s flexibilidad al mismo tiempo que permite la operaci\u00f3n en la carga de vagones individuales: un impulso decisivo para el transporte de vagones individuales y la deseada transferencia de tr\u00e1fico hacia el ferrocarril ecol\u00f3gico.
