Aqu\u00ed, VDL ETG planea centralizar su log\u00edstica.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Neckarwestheim) Este almac\u00e9n ser\u00e1 equipado por Inther Group con un sistema log\u00edstico automatizado, que se utilizar\u00e1 para el almacenamiento y la preparaci\u00f3n de materiales para varios sitios de producci\u00f3n en la regi\u00f3n.<br \/>\nLa soluci\u00f3n total en VDL ETG ser\u00e1 controlada por el software Inther LC e incluir\u00e1 los siguientes componentes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>230 metros de longitud de transportadores de Inther Conveyor Equipment<\/li>\n<li>Dos pasillos de shuttle con un total de 44,000 posiciones de almacenamiento<\/li>\n<li>Seis estaciones de trabajo ergon\u00f3micas de mercanc\u00eda a persona<\/li>\n<li>Entreplanta para la operaci\u00f3n de mercanc\u00eda a persona<\/li>\n<li>Ocho estaciones de recepci\u00f3n, un robot paletizador, un ascensor y balanzas integradas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Paul Hermsen \u2013 CEO de Inther Group: \u00abDebido a nuestra experiencia y conocimiento t\u00e9cnico, realizamos inicialmente un an\u00e1lisis exhaustivo para obtener una buena visi\u00f3n del proyecto y encontrar la mejor soluci\u00f3n posible. Para aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo la altura del almac\u00e9n en VDL ETG, separaremos los dos flujos de mercanc\u00edas en dos niveles con un entreplanta adicional. El flujo de entrada\/salida de mercanc\u00edas incluye un lazo con seis estaciones de preparaci\u00f3n. La salida de paletas est\u00e1 equipada con un robot paletizador.\u00bb<\/p>\n<h5>M\u00e1s de 44,000 posiciones de almacenamiento<\/h5>\n<p>Hermsen contin\u00faa: \u00abTambi\u00e9n utilizamos el sistema AS\/RS (con contenedores de compartimentos) como un buffer de secuenciaci\u00f3n para la paletizaci\u00f3n. Ya lo hemos entregado de esta manera antes, por lo que este proyecto tambi\u00e9n encaja perfectamente en nuestro portafolio.\u00bb Por pasillo hablamos de 35 niveles, 13 metros de altura y 60 metros de longitud, que adem\u00e1s son de tres profundidades. En total, el sistema abarca m\u00e1s de 44,000 posiciones de almacenamiento. \u00abDe esta manera, pudimos considerar las futuras ambiciones de crecimiento de VDL ETG en el dise\u00f1o del sistema y hacer que todo el sistema de intralog\u00edstica sea lo suficientemente compacto como para permitir en su momento varias ampliaciones, por ejemplo, de la capacidad de almacenamiento y\/o preparaci\u00f3n\u00bb, concluye Hermsen.
