KG, explica: \u00abFelicitamos a P3 Logistic Parks, el arrendador de la superficie log\u00edstica de 31,700 metros cuadrados, y a Zhejiang Seaport (Germany) Supply Chain Management por este hito. La firma del contrato subraya la creciente importancia de JadeWeserPort como un centro clave en el comercio internacional.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6nke Kewitz, director general de P3 Alemania: \u00abEl establecimiento de Zhejiang Seaport es una se\u00f1al fuerte para JadeWeserPort y toda la regi\u00f3n. Con este proyecto, no solo creamos nuevos empleos, sino que tambi\u00e9n fortalecemos la importancia de Alemania como un centro en el comercio internacional de mercanc\u00edas. Estamos orgullosos de apoyar a la empresa en la expansi\u00f3n de sus actividades europeas.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Puertos globales de primer nivel como Ningbo Zhoushan, gracias a esta asociaci\u00f3n, JadeWeserPort ser\u00e1 comercializado por la empresa matriz Zhejiang Seaport como \u00abPuerto Hermano\u00bb. Esto lo posiciona al mismo nivel que Amberes y Houston. Hauswald a\u00f1ade: \u00abNuestros socios chinos siguen una estrategia a largo plazo y ven el enorme potencial de JadeWeserPort para convertirse en el principal punto de transbordo europeo para mercanc\u00edas asi\u00e1ticas. En el futuro, el puerto tambi\u00e9n podr\u00eda desempe\u00f1ar un papel clave en el comercio con Am\u00e9rica.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Zhejiang Seaport planea expandir su presencia en JadeWeserPort en el marco de la nueva Ruta de la Seda. El objetivo: aumentar a\u00fan m\u00e1s el tr\u00e1fico de mercanc\u00edas entre China y Europa y fortalecer las relaciones econ\u00f3micas a largo plazo. La decisi\u00f3n de ubicaci\u00f3n se basa no solo en la excelente conexi\u00f3n con el hinterland y la disponibilidad de superficies log\u00edsticas, sino tambi\u00e9n en la creciente importancia de Wilhelmshaven como futuro centro energ\u00e9tico de Alemania. Las condiciones energ\u00e9ticas favorables hacen que la ubicaci\u00f3n sea atractiva para empresas internacionales que desean establecerse all\u00ed y expandir su producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h5>2025 se intensificar\u00e1 la colaboraci\u00f3n<\/h5>\n<p>A partir de 2025, la colaboraci\u00f3n entre JadeWeserPort y China se intensificar\u00e1: por un lado, Hapag-Lloyd y Maersk planean, en el marco de la Cooperaci\u00f3n Gemini, la introducci\u00f3n de la nueva conexi\u00f3n de l\u00ednea NE1, que crea una ruta mar\u00edtima directa entre Wilhelmshaven y Ningbo. Por otro lado, Ningbo Ports planea realizar tiempos de transferencia de 26 d\u00edas con conexiones directas a Wilhelmshaven.
