Actualmente se espera que el cierre definitivo de la transacci\u00f3n, conocido como Closing, se lleve a cabo en el segundo trimestre de 2025.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Kleinostheim\/Bremen) IDS y DSV Road Alemania miran hacia atr\u00e1s en una colaboraci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 23 a\u00f1os. Actualmente, DSV tiene contratos de franquicia a largo plazo en siete de las 54 \u00e1reas de dep\u00f3sito de la red IDS. Para garantizar que la alta calidad de la red se mantenga incluso despu\u00e9s del Closing, ambas empresas han acordado continuar con la cooperaci\u00f3n hasta principios de 2026.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Las \u00e1reas afectadas ser\u00e1n reasignadas<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Ambas partes coinciden en que la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente es la m\u00e1xima prioridad y que tanto IDS como DSV seguir\u00e1n ofreciendo los conocidos est\u00e1ndares y servicios de IDS a un nivel alto habitual. Hasta enero de 2026, IDS volver\u00e1 a asignar las \u00e1reas atendidas por DSV.
