Con la ceremonia de hoy, HARDER logistics inicia la expansi\u00f3n de sus actividades en la zona industrial Riffelbank. All\u00ed se construir\u00e1n hasta finales de 2025 un almac\u00e9n log\u00edstico, un edificio de oficinas y m\u00e1s espacios log\u00edsticos. El objetivo de HARDER logistics es gestionar todas las actividades comerciales de manera central desde la nueva ubicaci\u00f3n. \u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h5>\n

(Neu-Ulm) Solo 14 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de recibir el permiso de construcci\u00f3n, HARDER logistics comienza con las obras de expansi\u00f3n planificadas en la zona industrial Riffelbank. Como contratista general, la empresa de construcci\u00f3n Blautal de Blaubeuren ya est\u00e1 activa en el sitio.<\/p>\n

Los siguientes elementos est\u00e1n planificados: * Almac\u00e9n log\u00edstico de 10 m de altura, superficie de 4,800 m\u00b2 * Edificio de oficinas de dos plantas, 800 m\u00b2 * Espacios log\u00edsticos exteriores para la flota, 4,500 m\u00b2 \u00a0 \u00abCon una inversi\u00f3n de aproximadamente nueve millones de euros, completamos nuestro paso estrat\u00e9gico para establecer una base segura, sostenible y log\u00edsticamente eficiente en Neu-Ulm. Contamos con un acceso directo a la autopista A7 y a la carretera europea B 10\u00bb, explica Marcello Danieli, propietario y director de HARDER logistics con motivo de la ceremonia de inauguraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

En la implementaci\u00f3n de una estrategia integral de sostenibilidad, el operador de traslado de negocios se basa en una combinaci\u00f3n de medidas. Esto incluye la instalaci\u00f3n de un sistema de energ\u00eda solar para el suministro el\u00e9ctrico propio, as\u00ed como la infraestructura de carga de la flota. Una bomba de calor aire\/agua calienta el edificio de oficinas, adem\u00e1s de techos de calefacci\u00f3n y refrigeraci\u00f3n aditivos. Un sistema de gesti\u00f3n de energ\u00eda inteligente asegura una interacci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima entre las diferentes fuentes de suministro. Un techo verde en el edificio de oficinas contribuye a que el complejo est\u00e9 bien integrado en la naturaleza.<\/p>\n

Almac\u00e9n de contenedores totalmente automatizado desde 2022<\/h5>\n

Ya en 2022, HARDER logistics inaugur\u00f3 en el terreno de la zona industrial Riffelbank un almac\u00e9n de contenedores totalmente automatizado con una capacidad de almacenamiento para 250 contenedores y una inversi\u00f3n de 7 millones de euros. Este cuenta con una caracter\u00edstica innovadora. Los usuarios pueden controlar de manera aut\u00f3noma el proceso de entrada y salida a trav\u00e9s de una aplicaci\u00f3n y, por lo tanto, acceder a sus contenedores de forma aut\u00f3noma las 24 horas, los 7 d\u00edas de la semana.<\/p>\n
