El todoterreno ofrece as\u00ed una respuesta a desaf\u00edos como la creciente escasez de mano de obra o los cambios de surtido cada vez m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidos. RovoFlex es un robot altamente automatizado con un sistema de c\u00e1maras inteligente. En una primera fase, se utiliza en combinaci\u00f3n con el PickCenter y forma, como PickCenter RovoFlex, una estaci\u00f3n de preparaci\u00f3n de pedidos h\u00edbrida. Con esta configuraci\u00f3n, los clientes pueden alternar sin problemas entre el modo manual y autom\u00e1tico, cubriendo as\u00ed los picos de pedidos.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>M\u00e1s de 1.000 picks por hora<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La novedad de TGW aborda desaf\u00edos como la escasez de mano de obra o los cambios de surtido cada vez m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidos. Tambi\u00e9n mercanc\u00edas exigentes como productos congelados o art\u00edculos afilados no representan un problema en el manejo. RovoFlex logra, con un rendimiento y precisi\u00f3n constantes, un rendimiento de m\u00e1s de 1.000 art\u00edculos por hora: ya sean alimentos, art\u00edculos de moda o bienes industriales y de consumo. En un funcionamiento de dos turnos, el retorno de la inversi\u00f3n se alcanza ya despu\u00e9s de aproximadamente dos a\u00f1os y medio. Sin embargo, RovoFlex no solo se puede utilizar en combinaci\u00f3n con el PickCenter, sino tambi\u00e9n con otros puestos de trabajo (1:4, 2:6, &#8230;). Procesos como la clasificaci\u00f3n, consolidaci\u00f3n o separaci\u00f3n se automatizan de manera eficiente.
