La elecci\u00f3n recay\u00f3 en la BREMER AG, un socio experimentado para esta obra.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Heeslingen\/Tholey) La construcci\u00f3n de un segundo centro log\u00edstico en Tholey, en el estado de Sarre, abrir\u00e1 al grupo FRICKE un acceso mejorado, especialmente al mercado franc\u00e9s y del sur de Alemania, as\u00ed como al sur de Europa, gracias a rutas de env\u00edo m\u00e1s cortas. Con la decisi\u00f3n de optar por un contratista general, la empresa familiar de Baja Sajonia est\u00e1 impulsando este proyecto de construcci\u00f3n de manera decisiva. La elecci\u00f3n recay\u00f3 en uno de los tres mayores contratistas generales de Alemania, la BREMER AG. La empresa constructora de Paderborn pudo convencer con su amplia experiencia en construcciones empresariales y, en particular, en construcciones log\u00edsticas, as\u00ed como por ser una empresa familiar con una alta fiabilidad. Dependiendo de las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas de las pr\u00f3ximas semanas, la BREMER AG comenzar\u00e1 con la instalaci\u00f3n de la obra en Tholey a partir de febrero de 2024.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abCon la BREMER AG hemos encontrado un socio de confianza con el que podemos llevar a cabo este proyecto decisivo para el grupo FRICKE. Ya esperamos con gran anticipaci\u00f3n el d\u00eda en que se carguen los primeros paquetes en Tholey. Con la decisi\u00f3n de elegir a BREMER, ahora estamos un gran paso m\u00e1s cerca de ello\u00bb, se muestra satisfecho Hans-Peter Fricke, director general del grupo FRICKE, por el avance del proyecto.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Superficie \u00fatil total de 80,000 m2<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>BREMER se encargar\u00e1 de la ejecuci\u00f3n llave en mano de todas las \u00e1reas log\u00edsticas y de oficina en el centro log\u00edstico de Tholey, lo que corresponde a una suma de inversi\u00f3n de alrededor de 50 millones de euros. El grupo FRICKE invertir\u00e1 un total de 160 millones de euros en el nuevo centro log\u00edstico. Se prev\u00e9 que la finalizaci\u00f3n de la primera fase de construcci\u00f3n est\u00e9 lista para el tercer trimestre de 2025.
