Por un lado, nadie esperaba esta decisi\u00f3n y, por otro, porque aparentemente hay una oferta alternativa presentada por Rico Back, un log\u00edstico postal de primera hora.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Por: Andreas M\u00fcller<\/p>\n<p>(Berna) La WEKO justifica su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.admin.ch\/gov\/de\/start\/dokumentation\/medienmitteilungen.msg-id-99744.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">decisi\u00f3n<\/a> argumentando que se establecer\u00eda o reforzar\u00eda una posici\u00f3n dominante de Correos en varios mercados de correo y paquetes, as\u00ed como en el mercado de entrega de peri\u00f3dicos y revistas. Sin embargo, Correos Suizo y Quickmail justificaron sus intenciones de adquisici\u00f3n como una compra de rescate.<\/p>\n<p>La WEKO tambi\u00e9n se refiere a una oferta de adquisici\u00f3n adicional (nota: por el empresario Rico Back), que, en caso de concretarse, continuar\u00eda generando competencia en la entrega de cartas y paquetes. Como informa, entre otros, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swissinfo.ch\/ger\/konkurs-von-quickmail-billiger-als-kaufangebot-aus-deutschland\/49145546\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">swissinfo.ch<\/a>, Quickmail se opone a una adquisici\u00f3n por parte de Rico Back. Como explic\u00f3 el presidente del consejo de administraci\u00f3n, Marc Erni, una quiebra resultar\u00eda m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mica que la oferta de compra de Back, quien adem\u00e1s est\u00e1 interesado principalmente solo en la parte de Quickpac y desea adquirir la empresa de la manera m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mica posible.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Back es un log\u00edstico de paquetes desde los a\u00f1os 80<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Rico Back es un log\u00edstico de paquetes de primera hora. Ya a finales de los a\u00f1os 80 particip\u00f3 en la creaci\u00f3n de German Parcel (hoy GLS) y dirigi\u00f3 el Royal Mail Group hasta 2020. El inter\u00e9s unilateral en Quickpac es comprensible, ya que el negocio de cartas tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 llegando a su fin en Suiza y las perspectivas futuras se acercan a cero. Esto tambi\u00e9n se aplica a la entrega de productos de prensa.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, tampoco se puede suponer que Back haya hecho la oferta por inter\u00e9s propio.
