Albeck, CEO de trans-o-flex. \u00abGracias a la nueva tecnolog\u00eda, podemos, por ejemplo, reducir los tiempos de inactividad por mantenimiento y muchos veh\u00edculos ser\u00e1n m\u00e1s silenciosos y econ\u00f3micos gracias a un sistema de temperatura el\u00e9ctrica.\u00bb El pedido de los veh\u00edculos se realiz\u00f3 en 2022 y se distribuy\u00f3 entre varios fabricantes. \u00abQuer\u00edamos diversificar el riesgo de retrasos en la entrega\u00bb, dice Albeck. \u00abLos fabricantes ya han entregado los primeros veh\u00edculos y para finales de enero de 2024 todos los nuevos veh\u00edculos estar\u00e1n en uso.\u00bb<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Todos los veh\u00edculos de caja recibir\u00e1n innovadores agregados t\u00e9rmicos el\u00e9ctricos <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>trans-o-flex ThermoMed recibir\u00e1 100 Mercedes Sprinter con un chasis de caja de Spier y 75 VW-Crafter con un chasis de caja de Kress. \u00abPudimos combinar todos los veh\u00edculos de caja con un sistema de refrigeraci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica de Mitsubishi\u00bb, explica Albeck. \u00abAunque son m\u00e1s caros de adquirir que los agregados convencionales, son m\u00e1s silenciosos y limpios en operaci\u00f3n y m\u00e1s econ\u00f3micos en costos totales.\u00bb La raz\u00f3n de esto es el ahorro de combustible.<\/p>\n<p>Los agregados t\u00e9rmicos convencionales de los veh\u00edculos comerciales obtienen la energ\u00eda necesaria exclusivamente del motor del veh\u00edculo. \u00abCuando el veh\u00edculo se detiene para la entrega, el motor debe seguir funcionando para garantizar la temperatura\u00bb, explica Albeck. \u00abEsto no solo conduce a un mayor consumo de combustible, sino tambi\u00e9n a una mayor contaminaci\u00f3n ac\u00fastica.\u00bb<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Innovaci\u00f3n probada a fondo: buena en todos los rangos de temperatura <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Ambos problemas pueden evitarse con agregados el\u00e9ctricos, que ThermoMed prob\u00f3 en la pr\u00e1ctica antes de realizar el pedido: en el rango de refrigeraci\u00f3n pura de 2 a 8 grados, en el llamado rango de temperatura ambiente de 15 a 25 grados, as\u00ed como en operaci\u00f3n de dos c\u00e1maras con ambas zonas de temperatura. \u00abLos dispositivos cumplieron las expectativas en todas las \u00e1reas. Son una verdadera innovaci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Durante el viaje, el suministro de energ\u00eda de los agregados el\u00e9ctricos se realiza a trav\u00e9s de una bater\u00eda de respaldo separada, que se carga mediante el generador. Una vez que el motor est\u00e1 apagado, la bater\u00eda de respaldo proporciona la energ\u00eda necesaria. Para la pre-temperatura del espacio de carga a la temperatura adecuada, tampoco se necesita el motor del veh\u00edculo. Para ello, el veh\u00edculo puede conectarse a un enchufe convencional de 230 voltios, a trav\u00e9s del cual se carga simult\u00e1neamente la bater\u00eda de respaldo. Albeck: \u00abHemos instalado enchufes en nuestras puertas de carga y podemos enfriar el\u00e9ctricamente los veh\u00edculos en verano y calentarlos en invierno.\u00bb Dado que trans-o-flex utiliza exclusivamente energ\u00eda verde de fuentes renovables, la pre-temperatura de estos veh\u00edculos se realiza sin CO2. Otro beneficio de la nueva soluci\u00f3n: en caso de una falla del motor, los veh\u00edculos pueden mantener la temperatura establecida durante varias horas gracias a la bater\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de los veh\u00edculos de caja, trans-o-flex ThermoMed ya recibi\u00f3 23 furgonetas completamente t\u00e9rmicas del tipo Mercedes Sprinter. Otras 230 de estas furgonetas especiales ir\u00e1n a trans-o-flex Express para su uso en el servicio de ambiente. Para todas las nuevas adquisiciones se aplica: \u00abPor un lado, los veh\u00edculos ya est\u00e1n calificados de f\u00e1brica seg\u00fan los est\u00e1ndares farmac\u00e9uticos, ya sea a trav\u00e9s del proveedor Pharmaserv o VL Thermo-Solutions.\u00bb Por lo tanto, pueden ser utilizados directamente para el transporte de medicamentos desde la entrega. \u00abPor otro lado, todos los veh\u00edculos ahora est\u00e1n equipados con sensores de enchufe, con los que medimos la temperatura.\u00bb<\/p>\n<h5><strong>120 remolques para los servicios regulares<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La ventaja de estos sensores de enchufe es que los veh\u00edculos no necesitan ir al taller para la calibraci\u00f3n anual de los sensores de temperatura. \u00abHemos firmado un contrato con el proveedor Euroscan Parts &amp; Service, en el que los empleados de la empresa vienen a nosotros para realizar la calibraci\u00f3n de manera profesional.\u00bb Esto reduce los tiempos de inactividad por mantenimiento de los veh\u00edculos. La actual orden incluye, entre otras cosas, 120 remolques de dos ejes de la empresa Krone para los servicios regulares de trans-o-flex. Actualmente, en el servicio expr\u00e9s regular se utilizan un total de 467 remolques activamente t\u00e9rmicos y certificados seg\u00fan los est\u00e1ndares farmac\u00e9uticos.
