Se trata de uno de los dos camiones de remolque el\u00e9ctricos (E-SZM) personalizados que se utilizar\u00e1n a partir del verano de 2023 en el proyecto de investigaci\u00f3n \u00abeHaul\u00bb de la Universidad T\u00e9cnica de Berl\u00edn. En la ruta Berl\u00edn-Dresde, Unitax probar\u00e1 si el cambio de bater\u00eda es m\u00e1s eficiente que la carga de bater\u00eda.<\/h5>\n<p>(Berl\u00edn\/Winterthur) Potencia 500 kW, velocidad de carga 150 kW, capacidad de bater\u00eda 440 kWh: estos son los datos clave de los dos camiones de remolque el\u00e9ctricos de Designwerk Technologies AG. Actualmente, Unitax est\u00e1 probando uno de los E-SZM en el transporte local, para lo cual la bater\u00eda se carga durante la noche en la sede principal de Unitax en Sch\u00f6nefeld. En la fase de prueba real a partir del verano de 2023, Unitax probar\u00e1 el cami\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrico en operaci\u00f3n regular en la ruta Dresde-Berl\u00edn-Sch\u00f6nefeld-Dresde. Se espera que se demuestre si el cambio de bater\u00eda es una alternativa viable a la carga de bater\u00eda por cable. Las adaptaciones especiales para un cambio r\u00e1pido de bater\u00eda fueron realizadas por la Universidad T\u00e9cnica de Berl\u00edn en colaboraci\u00f3n con Durot Electric GmbH y en estrecha coordinaci\u00f3n con el fabricante de veh\u00edculos Designwerk. Unitax ha alquilado el cami\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrico de Greiwing Truck &amp; Trailer GmbH &amp; Co. KG.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Cambiar en lugar de cargar<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>El objetivo es aumentar la autonom\u00eda mediante el cambio de bater\u00eda y reducir el tiempo de carga; las autonom\u00edas cortas y los largos tiempos de carga son los puntos d\u00e9biles actuales de la electromovilidad en el transporte de mercanc\u00edas a larga distancia. Para la ruta de aproximadamente 350 kil\u00f3metros de Berl\u00edn a Dresde y de regreso, se requieren una y media cargas de bater\u00eda. Una vez que comience la fase de prueba real, la bater\u00eda se cambiar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente a mitad de camino entre Berl\u00edn-Sch\u00f6nefeld y Dresde. La estaci\u00f3n de cambio al sur de Berl\u00edn se est\u00e1 construyendo en cooperaci\u00f3n entre la Universidad T\u00e9cnica de Berl\u00edn y IBAR Systemtechnik GmbH como un sistema completo que incluye un robot de cambio de bater\u00eda, electr\u00f3nica de potencia y software.<\/p>\n<p>Como socio de prueba, Unitax podr\u00e1 utilizar la estaci\u00f3n durante al menos un a\u00f1o. Adem\u00e1s de los factores de autonom\u00eda y tiempo de carga, tambi\u00e9n se evaluar\u00e1n las caracter\u00edsticas de conducci\u00f3n de los camiones el\u00e9ctricos, el confort para los conductores y otras experiencias pr\u00e1cticas para determinar si el proyecto es viable a futuro. La investigaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n es interesante para Unitax porque el transporte farmac\u00e9utico controlado por temperatura requiere mucha energ\u00eda para enfriar o calentar el espacio de carga. Con un cami\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrico, las emisiones de CO<sub>2<\/sub> se reducir\u00edan significativamente.<\/p>\n<h5>Financiaci\u00f3n y socios<\/h5>\n<p>El iniciador y pionero del proyecto es el Dr.-Ing. Jens-Olav Jerratsch. Es el l\u00edder del equipo del \u00e1rea de observaci\u00f3n del comportamiento del conductor para la optimizaci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica y la prevenci\u00f3n de accidentes del Prof. Dr. Stefanie Marker en la TU Berl\u00edn. Junto con otras instituciones de investigaci\u00f3n y empresas asociadas de los sectores de log\u00edstica, tecnolog\u00eda de sistemas, software, ingenier\u00eda automotriz y energ\u00eda, adquirieron el proyecto \u00abeHaul\u00bb con un volumen de aproximadamente 6,5 millones de euros. El proyecto se financia con fondos propios de las empresas asociadas y del Ministerio Federal de Econom\u00eda y Protecci\u00f3n del Clima (BMWK).
