Despu\u00e9s de que esta semana se completaran con \u00e9xito las negociaciones en Bruselas para incluir la navegaci\u00f3n en el comercio de emisiones de la UE, la Asociaci\u00f3n de Armadores Alemanes se muestra aliviada.<\/h5>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"paragraphs-items paragraphs-items-field-element paragraphs-items-field-element-full paragraphs-items-full\">\n<div class=\"field field-name-field-element field-type-paragraphs field-label-hidden\">\n<div class=\"entity entity-paragraphs-item paragraphs-item-text\">\n<div class=\"content\">\n<div class=\"field field-name-field-text field-type-text-long field-label-hidden\">\n<p>\u00a0(Hamburgo) \u00abDamos la bienvenida a que la larga fase de incertidumbre sobre la configuraci\u00f3n concreta del comercio de emisiones de la UE y su aplicaci\u00f3n al transporte mar\u00edtimo haya llegado a su fin y que las navieras puedan planificar en consecuencia. Sin embargo, especialmente en vista de alcanzar nuestros ambiciosos objetivos clim\u00e1ticos, seguimos considerando que una medida internacional en el marco de la Organizaci\u00f3n Mar\u00edtima Internacional (OMI) ser\u00eda m\u00e1s adecuada y efectiva para la navegaci\u00f3n\u00bb, dijo el director general Dr. Martin Kr\u00f6ger.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante que los ingresos del comercio de emisiones no se utilicen para tapar otros agujeros del presupuesto de la UE: \u00abLos ingresos del comercio de emisiones deben destinarse urgentemente a la investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de combustibles alternativos comercialmente viables\u00bb, dijo Kr\u00f6ger: \u00abPor lo tanto, es un paso positivo en la direcci\u00f3n correcta que en las negociaciones se haya seguido la posici\u00f3n de la industria y se haya acordado la provisi\u00f3n de fondos espec\u00edficamente para el sector mar\u00edtimo bajo el Fondo de Innovaci\u00f3n de la UE. Alcanzar el objetivo de la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica mar\u00edtima solo ser\u00e1 posible si podemos hacer que una tecnolog\u00eda comercialmente viable est\u00e9 disponible y accesible para una amplia gama de barcos en todo el mundo. Dado que la navegaci\u00f3n no produce combustibles, solo podemos buscar soluciones juntos.\u00bb<\/p>\n<h5>Se debe encontrar un compromiso<\/h5>\n<p>\u00abEn los porcentajes de la fase de introducci\u00f3n necesaria para el sector, nos hubiera gustado un poco m\u00e1s de margen como navegaci\u00f3n. Pero tambi\u00e9n entendemos que al final siempre se debe encontrar un compromiso.\u00bb Y a\u00f1adi\u00f3: \u00abLa gran tarea de la descarbonizaci\u00f3n no podr\u00e1 ser asumida solo por la navegaci\u00f3n. Todos los involucrados deben estar a bordo. Porque las navieras europeas enfrentar\u00e1n cargas financieras significativas debido a las medidas de la UE. Asumir estas cargas y al mismo tiempo seguir siendo competitivos es un desaf\u00edo que la navegaci\u00f3n no debe enfrentar sola a nivel nacional en inter\u00e9s de la ubicaci\u00f3n.\u00bb<\/p>\n<h5>Dossier a\u00fan no concluido<\/h5>\n<p>El dossier para la revisi\u00f3n de la directiva sobre el comercio de emisiones de la UE a\u00fan no est\u00e1 concluido. Dado que en este no solo se negocia la navegaci\u00f3n, sino tambi\u00e9n otros sectores, no se espera la luz verde definitiva para la implementaci\u00f3n a nivel de los Estados miembros de la UE hasta las pr\u00f3ximas semanas.
