Sch\u00f6nenberger AG, con sede en Mellingen en el cant\u00f3n suizo de Aargau, se considera a s\u00ed misma una fuente de inspiraci\u00f3n para el mercado. La innovaci\u00f3n de Jungheinrich establece nuevos est\u00e1ndares en el \u00e1rea de almacenamiento vertical de piezas peque\u00f1as y mercanc\u00edas unitarias.<\/p>\n<p>Para Sch\u00f6nenberger, el PowerCube es la soluci\u00f3n ideal. Con la preparaci\u00f3n de pedidos que hasta ahora se organizaba manualmente, la empresa no puede hacer frente al crecimiento esperado y proyectado en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os. El almac\u00e9n actualmente utilizado ha alcanzado sus l\u00edmites de capacidad y no se puede ampliar, y el alquiler de un almac\u00e9n externo es demasiado costoso. El eficiente en espacio PowerCube de Jungheinrich, con su sistema de estanter\u00edas modular, es la soluci\u00f3n adecuada para los suizos: gracias a su uso \u00fanico del espacio y alta densidad de almacenamiento, el almac\u00e9n compacto ofrece en solo aproximadamente 400 m<sup>2<\/sup> espacio para m\u00e1s de 18,000 contenedores.<\/p>\n<h5>El sistema de almacenamiento compacto de contenedores m\u00e1s alto de su clase<\/h5>\n<p>Los shuttles PowerCube, energ\u00e9ticamente eficientes, que se mueven por debajo del sistema de estanter\u00edas, almacenan y recuperan los contenedores apilados verticalmente. Con una altura del sistema de hasta 12 m, el PowerCube es el sistema de almacenamiento compacto de contenedores m\u00e1s alto de su clase. M. Sch\u00f6nenberger AG ha encargado su sistema de almacenamiento compacto automatizado con una altura de almacenamiento de 10.4 m. En 25 niveles de almacenamiento, los contenedores se apilan uno sobre otro. Cada uno de ellos puede ser llenado con una carga de hasta 50 kg.<\/p>\n<p>Los shuttles PowerCube se mueven a una velocidad m\u00e1xima de 4 m\/s y con una aceleraci\u00f3n de hasta 2 m\/s\u00b2. Cada shuttle puede transportar dos contenedores simult\u00e1neamente. En las estaciones de trabajo de Sch\u00f6nenberger, se pueden realizar hasta 130 salidas por hora para la preparaci\u00f3n de pedidos de mercanc\u00edas a hombre y 20 entradas para la reposici\u00f3n de almac\u00e9n. La salida de mercanc\u00edas para cajas empaquetadas se complementa adem\u00e1s con un tramo de buffer. Gracias al n\u00famero escalable de shuttles, se puede aumentar de manera flexible el rendimiento del PowerCube en caso de aumento de la demanda o de una ampliaci\u00f3n de la gama. Los shuttles est\u00e1n equipados con bater\u00edas de iones de litio de alto rendimiento, que se recargan durante el funcionamiento en las estaciones de trabajo. As\u00ed, los shuttles est\u00e1n disponibles para su uso 24 horas al d\u00eda sin tiempos de inactividad.<\/p>\n<h5>Hardware innovador con software de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n<\/h5>\n<p>Jungheinrich combina en el PowerCube procesos eficientes y hardware innovador mediante software de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n. El sistema de almacenamiento compacto de contenedores est\u00e1 conectado a la infraestructura de TI existente, especialmente al sistema ERP de Sch\u00f6nenberger, y est\u00e1 equipado con el sistema de gesti\u00f3n de almacenes de Jungheinrich para PowerCube.
