El 26 de octubre de 2022 se firm\u00f3 el contrato de compra para la adquisici\u00f3n de Sigloch Distribution GmbH &amp; Co. KG, con sede en Blaufelden, y de la propiedad operativa utilizada por ella, junto con el centro de servicios log\u00edsticos. Tambi\u00e9n se incluye la Sigloch Distribution k.s. con sede en Hor\u0161ovsk\u00fd T\u00fdn (Rep\u00fablica Checa), incluido el centro de servicios log\u00edsticos utilizado aqu\u00ed.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Besigheim\/Blaufelden) Sigloch Distribution es uno de los principales proveedores de servicios log\u00edsticos en el sector de libros y medios en Alemania y ofrece servicios de log\u00edstica editorial, e-fulfillment, marketing directo, log\u00edstica minorista y log\u00edstica de moda y estilo de vida, as\u00ed como soluciones de comercio electr\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n<p>Las dos empresas se complementan perfectamente como logistas de contrato. Debido a su enfoque sectorial diferente, hasta ahora casi no ha habido superposiciones entre los clientes. Esto ofrece la oportunidad de poder ofrecer los diferentes servicios de valor a\u00f1adido (marketing directo, e-fulfillment, e-shop, gesti\u00f3n de devoluciones y cuentas por cobrar por un lado, y ensamblaje, montaje, gesti\u00f3n de producci\u00f3n y eliminaci\u00f3n por el otro) a los nuevos clientes, generando as\u00ed un gran potencial de crecimiento sostenible para la nueva empresa en su conjunto.<\/p>\n<h5>Gran potencial de crecimiento<\/h5>\n<p>El equipo de log\u00edstica lila crece en aproximadamente 700, alcanzando un total de 2.400 empleados. Adem\u00e1s, el centro de servicios log\u00edsticos en Blaufelden puede ampliarse en aproximadamente 30.000 m\u00b2, pasando de unos 85.000 m\u00b2 a unos 115.000 m\u00b2, y el de la Rep\u00fablica Checa de 17.000 m\u00b2 en aproximadamente 12.000 m\u00b2, lo que ofrece un gran potencial de crecimiento.<\/p>\n<p>En tiempos de escasez regional de ofertas de espacios log\u00edsticos, las dos oportunidades de expansi\u00f3n en las ubicaciones alemanas y checas de Sigloch tambi\u00e9n impactan positivamente nuestras intenciones de crecimiento.
