Desde la perspectiva del tribunal, la modificaci\u00f3n de la Ley Postal aprobada por el Bundestag en 2021 no corrige los errores legales de la autorizaci\u00f3n de tarifas. Adem\u00e1s de BIEK, la Asociaci\u00f3n de Seguros de Jubilaci\u00f3n de Alemania, la C\u00e1mara de Abogados de Berl\u00edn, as\u00ed como las empresas Arriva, Postcon, PIN y Letterei, tambi\u00e9n demandaron contra la autorizaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Berl\u00edn) El presidente de BIEK, Marten Bosselmann, da la bienvenida a la decisi\u00f3n del tribunal administrativo. Al respecto, declara: \u00abEl fallo reafirma nuestra posici\u00f3n legal. Al permanecer inactiva, la BNetzA ha tolerado tarifas excesivas a expensas de los clientes de cartas. Adem\u00e1s, ha permitido distorsiones significativas de la competencia en el mercado de paquetes para DPAG.
