En aproximadamente 5,000 metros cuadrados de superficie de techo, la planta genera anualmente m\u00e1s de 400,000 kilovatios hora de electricidad, lo que equivale aproximadamente al consumo el\u00e9ctrico de 115 hogares.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(Z\u00fclpich) \u00abEl manejo sostenible y consciente de los recursos es muy importante para nosotros, porque como empresa familiar tenemos el claro objetivo de transmitir una empresa clim\u00e1ticamente neutra a la pr\u00f3xima generaci\u00f3n\u00bb, dice Kai Alfermann, Director General de Fiege Real Estate. \u00abA trav\u00e9s del uso directo de la energ\u00eda solar, aliviamos significativamente el medio ambiente, ya que a diferencia de las centrales el\u00e9ctricas convencionales, las plantas fotovoltaicas no emiten CO2 clim\u00e1tico durante su operaci\u00f3n.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La electricidad generada por la energ\u00eda solar se consume directamente en el centro log\u00edstico y cubre la mayor parte de la demanda energ\u00e9tica. Solo por la noche o en d\u00edas oscuros de invierno, Fiege debe obtener electricidad adicional de la red p\u00fablica. Para ello, la electricidad solar generada se inyecta en la red p\u00fablica en momentos en que la producci\u00f3n y el consumo no coinciden, por ejemplo, los domingos, cuando la demanda de energ\u00eda en el centro log\u00edstico es baja.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la planta de autoconsumo de Fiege, la empresa de inversiones LIP Invest est\u00e1 llevando a cabo actualmente dos plantas fotovoltaicas adicionales en casi 30,000 metros cuadrados de superficie de techo. La puesta en funcionamiento est\u00e1 programada para agosto. Estas plantas tambi\u00e9n suministrar\u00e1n electricidad a Fiege en el futuro.<\/p>\n<p>En general, la empresa familiar de casi 150 a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad de Greven, en Westfalia, desea impulsar la construcci\u00f3n de nuevas plantas fotovoltaicas para el autoconsumo.
