El robot m\u00f3vil SOTO automatiza el suministro de materiales entre el almac\u00e9n y la l\u00ednea de montaje, transportando contenedores de carga peque\u00f1a de manera completamente aut\u00f3noma. El piloto comenz\u00f3 en la ubicaci\u00f3n de N\u00faremberg en la fabricaci\u00f3n de motores para veh\u00edculos comerciales y ofrece a ambas partes la oportunidad de adquirir experiencia con el robot en operaciones en vivo.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>(M\u00fanich) En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, ya exist\u00eda una estrecha asociaci\u00f3n de desarrollo entre MAN y Magazino. Entre otras cosas, se prob\u00f3 el prototipo del robot y el mecanismo de agarre para diferentes contenedores de carga peque\u00f1a (KLT). El proyecto piloto est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para durar aproximadamente un a\u00f1o y sienta las bases para la implementaci\u00f3n de toda una flota de robots SOTO a partir de 2023.<\/p>\n<p>El Dr. Ingo Essel, director de la planta de N\u00faremberg, dice: \u201cQueremos establecer nuestra log\u00edstica de manera eficiente y efectiva para el futuro, aprovechando las oportunidades de la digitalizaci\u00f3n y la automatizaci\u00f3n. Con la ayuda de SOTO, todo el proceso de suministro, desde la despaletizaci\u00f3n en el almac\u00e9n autom\u00e1tico de piezas peque\u00f1as hasta la entrega en la l\u00ednea de montaje, puede ser completamente automatizado. As\u00ed, avanzamos en el tema de &#8216;Rob\u00f3tica Avanzada&#8217; y construimos una cadena de suministro inteligente en la interacci\u00f3n entre humanos y robots. Nos complace haber encontrado en Magazino un socio que puede satisfacer nuestras altas exigencias en automatizaci\u00f3n en la log\u00edstica de la planta y proporcionar un concepto de automatizaci\u00f3n flexible y escalable.\u201d<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Hasta 18 contenedores a la vez<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Paul Seluga, l\u00edder del proyecto de Magazino para el proyecto conjunto con MAN, describe el proceso objetivo as\u00ed: \u201cEl robot SOTO recoge los KLT del punto de extracci\u00f3n del almac\u00e9n autom\u00e1tico de piezas peque\u00f1as y lleva hasta 18 contenedores a la vez a trav\u00e9s de cinco rutas de suministro diferentes a las distintas l\u00edneas de producci\u00f3n. All\u00ed, los robots SOTO entregan los contenedores de hasta 20 kilogramos en diferentes estanter\u00edas inclinadas. En la parte posterior, el operario puede acceder c\u00f3modamente a las piezas individuales para el montaje. Los robots SOTO tambi\u00e9n pueden recoger de manera aut\u00f3noma los contenedores vac\u00edos y llevarlos al punto de recogida central.\u201d<\/p>\n<h5><strong>El agarre se adapta autom\u00e1ticamente al tama\u00f1o del contenedor<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>En la planta de N\u00faremberg se utilizan todos los formatos de contenedores VDA comunes hasta un tama\u00f1o de 600 mm x 400 mm x 280 mm. El agarre adaptable del robot se ajusta autom\u00e1ticamente al tama\u00f1o del contenedor correspondiente y tambi\u00e9n accede de manera flexible a las diferentes alturas de las estanter\u00edas de entrega. Los c\u00f3digos legibles por m\u00e1quina en las estanter\u00edas y las etiquetas de c\u00f3digo de barras en los contenedores ayudan al robot en la identificaci\u00f3n. En el futuro, el robot obtendr\u00e1 los pedidos de transporte individuales directamente del sistema de gesti\u00f3n de almacenes.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras que las l\u00edneas de montaje en la industria manufacturera est\u00e1n altamente automatizadas hoy en d\u00eda, el suministro de reabastecimiento a\u00fan se realiza predominantemente de manera manual. Las soluciones anteriores, como los trenes de transporte o los veh\u00edculos de transporte aut\u00f3nomos (FTS) simples, no automatizan completamente el proceso, ya que se requiere trabajo manual nuevamente al cargar o descargar.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Recogida de contenedores vac\u00edos<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>El robot SOTO combina estos pasos log\u00edsticos elementales en una \u00fanica soluci\u00f3n completamente aut\u00f3noma: la recogida de KLT de diferentes tama\u00f1os de un almac\u00e9n, el transporte aut\u00f3nomo de varios KLT de la fuente al destino, as\u00ed como la entrega en estanter\u00edas de paso cercanas a la l\u00ednea en diferentes alturas. La recogida de contenedores vac\u00edos y la rotaci\u00f3n de contenedores de carga peque\u00f1a de 90\u00b0 a 180\u00b0 tambi\u00e9n son parte de sus capacidades.
