Aqu\u00ed es donde intervenimos con nuestra tienda DPD, creando por un lado una experiencia de marca y compra completamente nueva. Por otro lado, ofrecemos un concepto innovador para el comercio electr\u00f3nico sostenible\u00bb, dice Eric Malitzke, director general de DPD Alemania.<\/p>\n<p>La atm\u00f3sfera acogedora y la orientaci\u00f3n al cliente son ahora el foco principal en la tienda DPD: el mobiliario, claro y amigable, dise\u00f1ado con madera y materiales naturales, invita a quedarse, y en la barra de caf\u00e9 DPD los visitantes pueden disfrutar de caf\u00e9 de comercio justo. Estos reciben una segunda vida en el bar de reciclaje: bajo el lema reutilizar en lugar de reciclar, se entregan gratuitamente a los clientes que desean enviar su propio paquete. La etiqueta de env\u00edo correspondiente se puede crear e imprimir c\u00f3modamente en el terminal de autoservicio.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Asociaciones sostenibles para espacios de almacenamiento y gastronom\u00eda reservables en l\u00ednea<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La tienda DPD se basa completamente en asociaciones sostenibles: el proveedor de autoalmacenamiento Storebox ha alquilado una parte del espacio de la tienda y ofrece all\u00ed espacios de almacenamiento reservables en l\u00ednea de diferentes tama\u00f1os. Los interesados pueden almacenar aqu\u00ed objetos que ocupan demasiado espacio en casa o que solo se necesitan de manera irregular, ya sea a corto o largo plazo.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n en la oferta gastron\u00f3mica, el enfoque est\u00e1 en la sostenibilidad: adem\u00e1s del caf\u00e9 de comercio justo, se ofrecen bocadillos de calidad org\u00e1nica, incluidos alimentos \u00abrescatados\u00bb o palomitas de ma\u00edz.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Parte de la log\u00edstica urbana verde<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>La tienda DPD en Friedrichshain tambi\u00e9n funciona como un microdep\u00f3sito y es, por lo tanto, un componente de una log\u00edstica urbana verde, que tiene como objetivo reducir el tr\u00e1fico de autom\u00f3viles y entregas en las ciudades: en la parte trasera de la tienda hay varias bicicletas de carga el\u00e9ctricas del fabricante ONO, que se cargan directamente en el lugar y se equipan con paquetes.
